Safety:   Bicycles, skates, or skateboards are not permitted.  Only strollers or wagons for small children are permitted, as are wheelchairs for the handicapped.  Participants may run or walk the course.
Local  Agency Recipients: Alamance County Community Services Food Pantry, Allied Churches Good Shepherd Kitchen, Caring Kitchen, Family Abuse Services, Alamance County Meals on Wheels, and Residential Treatment Services.

Route Directions:  The Walk begins and ends at Holly Hill Mall rear parking lot.  It makes a 5K [3.1 miles] loop that starts at International Drive, turns left on Church St. sidewalk to  Forestdale light, then crosses Church and continues on Forestdale to Edgewood Ave.  It crosses Edgewood, turns left on Edgewood to Westover Terrace, turns right on Westover, then right on Westbrook Drive, right on Colonial Drive, then left on Neese Drive, right on Hickory Ave., right on Amherst Ave. and proceeds to Edgewood, where it turns left.  The route then proceeds to the end of Edgewood, crosses at the Church St. light, turns left on the Church St. sidewalk and returns to International Drive and end of the Walk at the Mall.  There is also a one mile Mini-Walk made available as an alternative.
