Burlington, VT CROP Hunger Walk Sunday, December 15

Walk.   Give.   Change the world.

Walkers have reported $230 in online and offline gifts!
Find more details here.

You are invited to join us for a “Virtual CROP Hunger Walk”. What does this mean? We won’t gather for an actual city-wide CROP Hunger Walk, but each individual
group or church will hold their own special event, walk, run, fundraiser – whatever you decide – to benefit hunger! Or you can just collect donations to benefit others.

To ensure money is distributed to the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf, and JUMP in a timely manner we ask to have all walks completed and money turned in by December 15th, 2019, and we will have the money sent out in early 2020, along with the local distributions for all of our fall walks.

As in the past, your group will have donation envelopes, posters and bulletin inserts to assist you in raising money. You will collect money as you have always done.

Please contact our CROP Hunger Walk Coordinator, Lucy Sumara at Lsamara@firstchurchburlington.org, or our Church World Service representative Adam Smedberg, at asmedberg@cwsglobal.org immediately if you are interested in participating or need more information and I will make sure you get what you need.

Together, we can help end hunger in our community and around the world!
