Walk route is in residential Freehold, well-marked and stays open until 4 PM.

This is an interfaith event sponsored by the Freehold Clergy Association.  25% of funds raised support local food pantries, like Open Door and Joshua House.  New groups walking may designate their preferred feeding program.  Hoagies and water available.  (Freewill offering accepted)

Freehold CROP Hunger Walk, Sunday, Oct. 21 at Freehold Reformed Church, 67 W. Main Street, (Rt. 537) Freehold.   Walkers/runners, please bring sponsorships (cash, checks or on-line) and a jar of peanut butter to the walk.  Youth and adult poster contest with prizes.  All walkers receive a t-shirt at the walk.  To become a t-shirt sponsor, add a walking group, enter poster contest, hooray, please contact PatMedley@aol.com.    Walker with highest pledge total at registration is honored as Marshall.  Organization with most walkers gets trophy for one year at their location.
