Kent, WA CROP Hunger Walk Sunday, October 6

Walk.   Give.   Change the world.

Walkers have reported $110 in online and offline gifts!
Find more details here.

Our Walk is one of 1,000+ across the nation symbolizing the walk many around the world must make for basic resources such as food, water, shelter and protection.
In a world where there is enough food for all, we are moved to action by the fact that one out of every nine people goes to bed hungry each night.

75% of the funds collected go to help the global development work of Church World Service supporting food programs in emergency response as well as longer-term solutions like enhancing food security and providing sustainable safe water supplies. 25% stays in
our community to bolster the local hunger-fighting efforts here. The 2019 recipients are Kent Community Supper, HOME and the Kent Food Bank.

Together, we can help end hunger in our community and around the world!
