Over 700 million people around the world are waiting for your help.
When you participate in a CROP Hunger Walk, you are participating in so much more. From agricultural training in Central America, to refugee support in North Africa, to latrine construction in Southeast Asia, we can make a difference in the lives of our neighbors all around the world.

Take the example of Hieng, a health worker in Vietnam. He is working with CWS to promote sanitation and hygiene in his community, and he’s having an impact. “Even though I’m a health worker, at that time I did not know what a sanitary latrine was and I had just a little knowledge about environmental sanitation. Then I had the chance to visit a CWS-supported sanitary latrine project and a training course about the issue. With my learning, and help from others, I built a sanitary latrine for my family. It was for other people, too, so they could know what a latrine looked like and how to build one.” Now every family in his village has a sanitary latrine.
Thanks to you, CWS is able to support Hieng and his community in improving the health of their community, leading to greater food security. Our work matters because your participation in a CROP Hunger Walk matters.
Check out the CWS Website for more places they have helped around the world.
In addition we are asking for help to put together Emergency Clean Up Buckets.  Because of the recent hurricanes this is a much needed item. For those who do not Walk, help fill Emergency Clean up Buckets. Please bring all supplies collected on October 21 to assemble. Click here for a list of supplies to include in your CWS Emergency Cleanup Bucket.

Together, we can help end hunger in our community and around the world!
