St. Matthew's will once again participate in the CROP Hunger Walk on October 23, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. In gratitude for his unfailing commitment and compassion in teaching us to reach out to those in need, this year's walk is dedicated to Terry Elsberry.
Over the years, so many parishioners have supported this fight against hunger with their generosity and participation. This has made St. Matthew's one of the walk's strongest supporters and I hope many more will join us in this worthwhile effort. Last year we raised $17,600 with one quarter of that going directly to the Katonah Community Center and the Mt. Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry..
We have the means to MAKE A DIFFERENCE and to show Terry that we have been listening. Please give generously to help fight hunger here in our community and around the world.
