50 YEARS OF WALKING. 50 YEARS OF ENDING HUNGER TOGETHER.

For 50 years, average Americans have come together to fight hunger in exceptional ways through the CROP Hunger Walk. Within that time frame, passionate and compassionate people in the Mahoning Valley have joined the CROP Hunger Walk movement to make a difference to end hunger in our community and around the world.

Register yourself and/or form a team by inviting people from your congregation, organization or group to raise awareness and funds to support local food programs and the international anti-hunger work of Church World Service at www.crophungerwalk.org/youngstownoh.

If you are registering online for the first time: Click ✔REGISTER to begin.

If you or your team plans to raise funds by asking for donations, email youngstowncrop@gmail.com to request a Team Captains packet.

This year’s funds raised by CROP participants will be allocated as follows:
• 75 percent to CWS' global hunger projects
• 25 percent to Protestant Family Service of the Greater Youngstown Area

Festivities (registration, music by Peppermint Pals, education/activity stations, individual and team photo opportunities) on the lawn will take place before and continue throughout the event until all walkers have finished.

CROP Walk participants will have a choice of one of two routes: The Out & Back Loop (North on 5th St, East around Crandall Park, South on 5th St) or The Wick Park Loop. The CROP Walk is a family friendly event that includes the four-legged members (leashes are required, water bowls will be available by the water station on the lawn).
